More details have been shared about the Community Re-Connect for the Downtown Lakeview Strategic Plan this Thursday, Aug. 11 at 5 p.m.

More details have been shared about the Community Re-Connect for the Downtown Lakeview Strategic Plan this Thursday, Aug. 11 at 5 p.m. at the LCP Annex, located at 16 S. F St. Ford Family Foundation will be providing appetizers and refreshments from 5 to 6 p.m.

Sheri Stuart, executive director of Oregon Mainstreet, will start the Re-Connect session at 6 p.m. with an overview of the beginning Vision for the Downtown Plan. She will be followed by Alisa Pyzka, president of Bridge Economic Development, the consultant that facilitated the basis of the Downtown Plan.

There will then be an update facilitated by Ginger Casto on the three priority areas for 2022 from the Road Map. A further discussion of possible priorities for 2023 and a brief status review of current Road Map strategies will be facilitated by Katie Jameson of Ford Family Foundation and Alison Smith of South Central Oregon Economic Development District (SCOEDD).
